Schedule and Conditions

The Conference starts on Sunday, May 1, 2011
with Registration between 15:30-18:00
a Welcome Dinner at 18:30
and a first scientific lecture at 20:00

The Conference ends on Friday, May 6, 2011
after two morning lectures and a lunch

All participants, including invited lecturers and
moderators, are expected to stay for the whole
duration of the Conference

Special package arrangements including all costs for
accommodation, meals, taxes, and services for the
whole duration of the Conference are negotiated
each year with the Hotels

A limited number of less expensive arrangements are
also negotiated; they are primarily reserved for
participants in the JSP Program
